Requested Media (Overseerr)
Unable to Log In
This section contains troubleshooting steps related to Overseerr, the app I use for requesting Media.
Click on 'Login with Plex' button but nothing happens
Links inside of Facebook Messenger are unable to open popups, which blocks Overseerr from Authenticating with Plex.
Each solution is different, but should be roughly the same;
Click on the 3 dots and select "Open in Chrome" or similar message
Alternatively, you can manually browse to the site by going to https://lattemedia.tv and clicking on Request Media
Plex does not redirect back to Overseerr
I click on the 'Login with Plex' and am directed to the Plex login screen. I log into my Plex account and nothing happens
Most likely the same issue as above.
Unable to Authenticate error message
If you get the above error, your Plex session is broken.
Browse to https://plex.tv
Click on the profile circle icon or the hamburger menu on the top right of the page
Click on Sign Out
Try Overseerr again

Report bad media
Sometimes the content we get is bad, such as low quality or the completely wrong thing. If this happens, you can report it via Overseerr by
Browse to Overseerr and log in with your Plex account
Search for the content and click on the ⚠️ button
Fill out the form to report the content
Once the report is submitted, we will look into resolving the issue.
