Requesting Content (Overseerr)

Overseerr is the app we use to request content. This allows you to request movies and tv shows you wish to watch, these will be automatically added to the server.

How to request content

1. Browse to the LatteMedia website

2. Click on the Request Content button

3. Log in with your Plex account

4. Search for the movie / TV show and open it

5. Select Request

   1. If you are requesting a series, you can select how many seasons or all seasons to download

6. When the content you've requested is downloaded you will receive an email.

Please note:

• media does not always download in order. Sometimes the server will download episode 1, 5, 6,9 and 10 first.

Removal of Content (Maintainerr)

Once content becomes stale, it is automatically removed. This ensure that we do not run out of space on content that isn't or has never been watched.

Content that will be deleted is added into its own Collection, which is shown on your Plex homepage under "Leaving LatteMedia this week"

Content matching any of the following list will NOT be deleted

• Released within the last 365 days

• Requested recently

• Ongoing series

• Has been requested multiple times

• Has been watched recently
